Doomed Gallery is a photography and visual exhibition space based in Dalston, London. We work closely with students, community collectives and professional photographers and visual artists. In 2014 Doomed started a independent publishing house supporting self publishers and the zine community. Doomed has exhibited over 300 photographers since opening it’s doors in 2011.

Lost in Music is a tribute to the obsessives, the hedonists, the musical eccentrics and the dancers who were the founding members of the dance music institution and those who continue to fuel its evolution. To the artists developing wild new techniques to re-imagine recorded music, in the process revolutionising the way we create and enjoy it. To all those Lost in Music- past, present and future.
From the unsung pioneers in underground clubs, to the stadium-filling superstars, this is the story of creativity, vision, imagination and having the time of your life to the beat of the century. These are the moments captured by the people who played it, danced to it and, amazingly, somehow managed to photograph it without losing their camera.
A story that is still being told. A story that is part of us all, and we of it.
